The customer offers timed and trackable next day delivery and specialises in fragile, security and liquid services.
Key Objective:
- Provide under roof depot scanning capabilities to identify which route the parcel belongs to
- Route optimisation to consider each drivers behavior such as faster or slower driving/stop times.
- Allows Drivers local knowledge on the road
- Capture proof of execution with successful and/or failed delivery reasons
- Capture grouping signature when different consignees are on the same address
- Possibility to re-attempt deliveries/collections on the same day when the previous attempt failed
- Send alert to back-office when item is not scanned/delivered and when drivers break the geofence
